I've never seen any dogs there. The Columbian on Sand Key which is nearby allows dogs on their outside deck which is on the water, Bay side.
As far as I know ..nope..since it is all inside. .even though it is open to the outside...not pet friendly.

I'm not sure either. When we were there it was an open to Beach area dining. I would call first and ask
