Out of the butcher's case, a tri-tip is butchered every Thursday. You can always order one to cook out of the case at home or stop in! As far as cooked steaks on the menu, we normally don't have tri-tip but we can guide you in a similar direction. We feature around 5-6 different steaks a week!
Not when we were there. Small but rotating menu. Their hamburgers and steaks are fabulous.
