We traveled two hours away because our initial experience was awesome. We made reservations to celebrate our 28th Anniversary. Initially we were seated in the center of the dining room. We asked if there were any available booths, the host said they were all reserved. But another gentleman quickly came and found us a booth and wished us a Happy Anniversary. Our server was Doug V, he was very polite but seemed very distracted. We saw him on his phone and he was seating other people in addition to being our server. It took him a while to come back to take our order. When we received our food my husband’s steak was burnt and the sweet potato casserole was extremely too sweet with more topping than sweet potato. Doug apologized for the steak but it took 30 mins to come back and it was still well done when my husband asked for medium well. This is the worst anniversary dinner we have ever had! We did not receive the attentive service, like one of the couples ratings below. We will not patronize this location or recommend. We received the reply below and phoned the individual listed and was informed they did not have a regional manager by that name. I don’t know who is replying to these reviews, but they’re not trying to rectify any situations. Please do not believe their responses.

Fantastic service from Alysea! This was our first time dining at this location and the experience was made extra special thanks to her. She explained the menu nicely and made great suggestions for wine and dessert. Her area quickly filled up, but she maintained the same superb level of service. In a time when customer service seems to be suffering, she provided hope that all is not lost. We will be back and will definitely be asking for her.

I loved the restraunt. It was fancy. Food is so delicious. Waiters made you feel important. I had wine. I felt like a VIP. The food oh my. My son treated me. My new daughter-in-law found this place. Met her mother. Ruth Chris Steak house will be special to me. My grandchildren enjoyed it so much.

This restaurant was so good! We had a great server named Mary. She was very attentive and very pleasant. The entire staff was professional and courteous. This was our anniversary and I am already planning what occasion we can celebrate next just so we can come again. We will definitely be back. If you would like a restaurant that is intimate yet just busy enough and romantic yet family friendly then this your place
