I don't think there is a difference.
There are different meats on the dinner menu.
The bunch does not have prime rib and possibly another meat or two on it, but it is still an outstanding meal.
Selection is same, price is different.
Brunch; a late morning meal, eaten "instead" of Breakfast or Lunch. You, can guess what Dinner is all about.
Dinner is about 6 bucks more. They offer a couple different cuts of meat. The Sunday brunch is awesome. Best bang for the buck.
Bruch has some breakfast foods, like biscuits and gravy. Dinner changes to other foods entirely.

Less options for meat. They may have 10 to 15 different meats at lunch and 18-23 at dinner
Not much to be honest, sometimes they might offer a different meat during brunch.
