They continue to charge a credit card even though check out was in September 2021 - we've been charged every single month since then. No one answers the phone. Customer service never returns complaint emails and any time you speak to a person "they can't help".

Dirty rooms, dirty staff. Will change the rates on you daily. I could understand if it was a holiday or something but it wasn't even a weekend. Don't know how they could justify going up $30 in price from Tuesday night to Wednesday night. I happen to think it was a case of discrimination. But what do I know

First time staying on this property. Our room was perfect, easy to get settled in. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, neat artwork in our room! Checking in was awesome and easy! The staff here is helpful, informative and awesome! Night manager was nice and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I definitely recommend this location to my friends and colleagues who may need a extended staycation!
