Oil changes and tire rotations, no appointment needed but for most everything else, yes you need to make an appointment.
Not for normal maintenance but for any non maintenance issues make an appointment
Do not bring your car in for ”express” oil change. For the past year the wait is in excess of 2 hours. Doesn’t seem to matter which day or time I arrive. They are overloaded. This is so annoying. So take my advice. Call and make an appointment. Even when I make appointment it is at least an hour wait. I am thinking of buying a different car!
No appointment needed but call ahead and ask about wait times.
Not for routine oil changes,etc. They have an express service located onsite. Very convenient.
