Sales representatives were nice and polite. However, if you are coming in with an already pre-approved loan from another bank, please ensure you DO NOT complete their application. It's actually their credit application. I was not told this. Doing so, your credit will be pulled again unnecessarily and also this enables the dealership to do an indirect loan, closing your pre-approval loan from your bank. Unfortunately this happened to me and my credit was pulled twice, unannounced to me!! I was told an application needed to be completed for my bank but was not told it was a credit application. I felt mislead.

Love the car and the trade in value I was given for my car as a trade in was more than the local dealerships were giving me. Courteous and friendly staff. They even filled my tank 1/2 full and cleaned the car. Would definitely recommend them.
