Kinda yes and no. I have 10 kids myself, and some were very observant and the others very restless. The show while their preparing your food might not be eye catching to them. So, I myself would pass on taking such a young child to this one.
Yes it can be.
Not good for infants. Seating is too far from hot table seating. Food is so so. Not my favorite place .
