It is my experience that this restaurant has enough variety that there is no need for substitution ,But addition Most good restaurants substitution with or without a surcharge.The difference allows for free enterprise.We have many choices.
It's always been in every restaurant. Chicken priced. Upgrade to steak, extra charge. Upgrade to shrimp, extra charge.
You can't stake is oviusly more money
