Take a picture, in pdf format and find the Smitsonian Institute website and and find out where to post the picture.Don't take them to the Museum, not sure there is a qualified curator of artifacts of this type that can give you information on what you have there. i am a local contract geologist and docent at the Museum.
Bring them in on a Friday from 10 to 3:30 someone is there that can help you find out what they are..
