I would not recommend lift/Lumio solar company. If I could I would give them a negative star score.. The way this company handles business is appalling.. From communication, to installing to actually using the solar panels. I was not given a choice about solar panel company to utilize as it was new construction home. It has taken 5 months just to get the solar panels on, and this was expedited only because I made a BBB complaint. Now that the solar panels are on, I haven’t been provided with information for tracking the solar panel usage. Don’t even get me started on customer service. They never answer, ask you to leave a message and they will return your call but never do. It’s interesting that their recording while waiting for a customer service rep talks about taking pride in creating no hassles and encourages you to make referrals to their company. What a joke. How this business is still running is beyond me. By far the worse company I have ever encounter. I’m sure a lawsuit will eventually occur..

First of all, it was a pleasure working with Amber. A girl very dedicated to her work, for the reason that she explains very well and has a lot of patience. And that to the clients gives us a lot of confidence.

Questions & Answers

This is obviously a scam. My mother signed the contract in December. She gave them the routing number for her bank. It is now April and nothing has been done. When we call, they ask for a name and number so they call us back. Then they never call.

My system is installed and producing power per SC Edison at approximately 70%. Pretty slick, eh? Especially with all the rain and overcast! As for automatic payments, WePay appears to be a bunch of flakes. They never did figure it out. I'm old so I went old school and snail mailed a check to corporate. Done & done!

Is this a scam? My mother signed a contract for Lift before Christmas 2021. We have heard nothing from them since. It is now 2/23/2022.

Lift Energy hasn’t been a scam for us, it took quite awhile to complete the process we started in July and now as of February we started solar, will see when our first bill comes in from Edison. From what we understand it’s a process, we have a older home and had to replace lines and the boxes on our home, approved before going to the next phase. If it were me I would get a hold of the guy that spoke to her I’m sure they left a phone number that’s what I did when I had any questions.
