You have to give from the heart and hope for the best but I do know when I adopted my dog she was eating chicken, rice, and beans so I think the food does go to the animals
I emptied my freezer and took Everything there, even some outdated..they said it was okay! Once you give from your heart, you let it go..you can't wonder what will be done afterwards. I also bought canned food, and will will be sending canned veggies as well..just GIVE. WHEN You SEE the animals, you can TELL they're needing more food. 🤗
Ironically enough, I hear if you drop the bird off at a soup kitchen, they steel them to donate to the animal shelters.
Thats a great question. I feel that they are genuinely there to support the animals and won't take away from the little that they do have. I've donated bleach and other cleaning products that could have been taken home and used by the staff members, but I gave from the heart and left it up to them to do the right thing.
You don't,if you donate dog food you can't be sure just know in your heart you are making a donation
I'm sorry. I have no idea if they use raw meat or even if they have a kitchen back there but will be sure to question them next trip i make to the shelter.
I have an extra turkey and was told they have a full service kitchen and use fresh meat for the sick animals
You don't know yet take them dog food dry or can
Because they give ot straight to the animals when it's frozen... They usually take it to the back.
