There isn't a drive-thru but they do see pets on a first come basis. Although emergency cases are taken first. Just come in and sign in and wait to be called. Yes the wait can be long, but this is because they are so inexpensive and they are often crowded. So expect to wait. I could not afford the treatment for my cat which would have required hospitalization. It would have been well over $1,600 to start. They charged $575. If you don't want to wait you can go to a different vet. But you will pay a lot more.
When I was there we waited for like 4 Whole Hour's just to be seen. It's like (CCH) COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL for Pet's. And then when all said and done n Paid they call me back and tell Me that I owe them "More" Money! B.S. and My Cat is "STILL" Scratching @ The SAME Exact Area in which he was before I took him in. And I've seen n heard some not too really good reviews of this place I've seen people call them liars. And just no good basically and I never saw or seen a drive through so I'm going to say that's false.
Its only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 530pm and 730pm. I'm taking my pet for the first time. And I was curious how that worked.
Didnt know there was a drive thru. I didnt notice anything like that during my visit. If there is such a thing it must be in a different section of the building away from the waiting room for the clinic
