I fear something is wrong with my dog back leg but worried about the cost of exams and xrays is there way of finding out before hand

If nobody picks up in the clinic, tell the main desk that no-one is answering the phone. If there is something wrong with your dogs leg, you will need to go there anyways. Don't prolong the inevitable, think of your dog.
