I have ran out of cat food, very unexpectedly, are there any pantries available in Chicago?

You can also cook chicken for cats... Just simply boil and then pull the meat off the bone, cool and then chop into tiny bits before feeding...

Tuna it's relatively cheap. Run to Aldi's and get a few cans

You can contact PAWS. They give free food and litter.

canned tuna for human consumption is not good for cats since it lacks vitamin E...cats that eat canned tuna everyday need vitamin E so they don't develop yellow fat disease...also canned tuna has mercury which also isn't good...the best type of canned tuna you should give your cat is pet brand canned food like Friskies since they add vitamin E and other essential vitamins that a cat needs

Where's your cat nowadays? Is he/she being fed???? A bag of cat food really isn't that much money, you can get a 5 lb bag for around $10. Or you can give him/her some canned tuna fish, which every single food pantry has a ton of.
