You have to go threw a screening and orientation in order to volunteer. Its a lengthy process. If u want to go in and just play with the puppies thats not allowed
To actually play with the puppies you csn vecome a volunteer snd if you are interested in adopting a dog you csn fill out a form and pick a couple dogs to meet but you can't actually play with them thay much.
