How do animal hospitals reach someone for records on a pet adopted from Paws? Their phone system seems to only be for pets that are currently being fostered, does not route to a car, etc.

PAWS gave me hard copies at the time we adopted and an email to reach out regarding medical needs. The adopting family could reach via email to the contact provided.

You need to contact PAWS directly. As a volunteer, I'm not familiar with this process.
