So sorry for your loss. You can call 311 and they will pick up your kitty for you. You can also bring it to a vets office and they may help you with it but call first. You can also bury it legally in your back yard. Hope this helps.
I'm not what sure if they will help you when I was growing up if we lost an animal we would find a place to bury them. But you can always call to see if they can help or you can call animal control or 311
