@leslie Lewis That IS a bad company by definition. They need more adjusters. Either way, that is not my problem. My wife was hit by their driver and they haven’t returned dozens of voicemails in six weeks. They think if they don’t answer the phone people will go away and they won’t have to pay out on their claims. They should be shut down.
It's not a badd company it's just the adjusters are overworked they don't have time to breathe let alone return calls just keep calling and eventually you will reach somebody they have a Backup up group which offers assistance when you can't reach your adjuster

Same with me. They're playing games. Want me to sign over the car that I just paid $30000 for. These people are scandalous say the truck is total loss but it's running fine. What the hell.
