I lived here along time ago but if the manager is still the same lovely lady then you will never have a better manager than her. So kind and attentive. She really made this apartment something special.

Evry apartment in california HAS to accept section 8, JOWEVER, THE TRICK IS TO SEE OF THEY WOLL COMPLETE THE RFTA FOTM PACKET. INSPECTIONS A ND RENT NEGOTIATIONS. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT ALL U HAT

What is the policy on having guest with service and assistant animals enter the tenants apartment? The laws state they must not discriminate and what I’ve heard is that they have threatened eviction if they didn’t force their disabled guest to leave
