Natalie de la Torre is amazing!!! Profesional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and nice. I’m was very happy with my visit.

My boyfriend made an appointment at 5:30 today to see a doctor. We’ve been here before for him where a doctor was very adamant on saying he doesn’t have covid, has a common cold, doesn’t need a rapid test cause it’s most likely not covid, got a pcr just to be sure… turns house he had covid and his pcr test came back positive. Even after this happened he still decided to give them another chance. He showed up at 5:37 and had asked to use a restroom since he was sitting in traffic for an hour and a half. After coming out of the restroom at 5:38 he was informed by the front desk lady that they have a 5 minute grace period, and the doctor won’t be able to see him… first of I have NEVER heard of a grace period only being 5 minutes, secondly , you’re going to turn away a patient for walking in 2 minutes after that? And using an excuse of having to accommodate other patience as well? I can remember the last time I went to a doctors office and was taking back to see the doctor at the exact time of my appointment. The attitude and rudeness from the front desk lady didn’t help either. Do better, providence. We will definitely not be returning here.
