Normally I have a great experience here. Bathrooms clean, stuff well stocked, helpful staff. But of all the times I've gone to this location there have been 2-3 times now that I can't get my propane filled. I've lost count how many times I've gone without issue but there shouldn't be ANY issue. You ADVERTISE with big vinyl signage on the road, (3'x4') that propane is available 24/7 when in fact it's not. If you don't have anyone on staff to fill it, or your manager blatantly lies to the customer that they don't when they in fact do, they're just "too busy" that is absolutely poor customer service. Either staff enough people trained to refill propane or don't ADVERTISE something as available when it's not. You're the ONLY ones for MILES that do refill which lets you get away with the mark up that you have on propane, at LEAST have the courtesy to be true to your advertisement.

The cashier in the back where the truckers come in is a smart mouth... Maybe a trucker ticked him off before I came in to ask a simple question. He had a Dismissive attitude for sure. Geez. BUT...The guy working the front where people pay for gas and buy food and drinks was very nice. Thank you sir, who was polite to me.

The guy at the subway who fixed my food was super rude! I'm a trucker, so I rely on Loves locations for the necessities I can't get from home. Shower, food, ect. As I was walking to the subway, one of the workers just walked out in front of me, cutting me off. Once he got behind the counter, he looked at me and laughed. I placed my order and the bread I was given was hard as a brick. It was crumbling apart as the guy was trying to fix it! I asked if it could be replaced and another worker walked my and made a smart remark. The guy fixing my food laughed. I ordered a tuna sub with double meat, and always get a free cookie. When I mentioned that, I was further given attitude and was told "we don't do that here." The food counter was dirty. The drink area you can tell hasn't bee cleaned, because there were so many flies around the area and on the food!!! The lady at the counter had an attitude when I tried to pay for my drink. I really didn't understand the need for any of it. I will definitely make sure I skip this location the next time I'm in the area.

We stopped here today and had an excellent experience. The customer in front of us told Jessie, the cashier, that the men's bathroom needed paper towels. He was so apologetic and told the customer that he would get it taken care of. You could tell he cared about the customers. It was so refreshing to not get the eye roll or attitude. We really appreciated him!
