UPDATE: Banfield seemingly has a history of publicly acting "concerned" in regards to these sorts of situations, but never actually takes any action. No one from Banfield has reached out despite the multiple calls and emails that have been sent. And no one reached out even after they replied to this review saying they would be. Please don't be fooled by this PR tactic. Please do not bring your puppy here. It was our very first vet visit with our new puppy and the doctor administered two vaccines early because the vet tech entered the information from his breeder incorrectly. The vet tech also cut 4 of his nails too short and gave him back to my boyfriend with his paw covered in blood. Save yourself the time and stress, and please consider taking your pet elsewhere.

First off, i’m 22 and never leave reviews because i’m not one to bother, but for this one I am. Don't bring your puppies here, we just got ours less than a week ago and brought him here to be checked out and they gave him his vaccines too early after getting his birthday wrong. Not sure how that was messed up, we handed over all of his records and paperwork we had on him. Not only are we now concerned about the health of our puppy, but the vet tech also trimmed multiple toes too short and left him bleeding in my lap on my clothes. Taking him to VCA urgent care, should've never even bothered after they wanted us to leave our puppy there for a few hours (we ended up getting an in-room exam because the doctor allowed it). Please please do your research, but from our experience and what we're now hearing do not bring any of ur loved ones here.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
