I've read the reviews and there were a lot of negative ones. I ordered two back pillows and I received them the next week. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Worst company ever!! Tried to order the lady I take care of a pillow and the guy that help me over the phone charged me twice, I called back to fix it and the lady said they never charged me and the order never went through so as soon as we got off the phone I received an email saying she canceled my order !! So now I’m 82 dollars down with no pillow. This company targets the older crowd and definitely takes advantage of them. This is WRONG. It’s 2021 not 2007! work on your technical issues!!
