So far holding an hour for a simple question. Not information I can simply find on their site either as it’s specific to a property. Get it together PPL. Hire more people so you don’t have hour + wait times. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Actually there is no service!! Been on hold for hours. They do play music if your interested! Horrible !!!!!

PPl is not a good electric service since I lost my job because of my condition., I been trough a lot in the past so is hard to me to got on my feet, I try to explain to the y situation but they just don’t want to help.,they keep telling you about option they have but the things is those option don’t work for me.,,, I’m a single mom with two kids that monthly income around $2000, my rent is $1300, plus electricity bill,internet, car insurance,I pay for our food,phone and more I’m trying to keep myself up but the electricity bill is eating me Every time a set up payment plans ended as paying more because os $35 late fee they have each moth. It’s crazy I don’t know what to do., I feel like I don’t wanna live., with all of this., please governor pay attention to this some of the women who need help because they alone none of them are helping .,
