They returned it a month ago and it didn’t even make it down the road. Some shops in Dinuba worked on it. They made my granddaughter take proof of oil changes up keep etc strange. They said she didn’t tell them transmission was messed up Duh a 22 year old is supposed to tell them how to fix the car. Obviously it wasn’t in driving condition. Alliance is affiliated with Kemper who is affiliated with infinity. However, on the Kemper website, online chat feature is apparently only for infinity policy holders, yet, while on the Kemper website. Alliance/Kemper/infinity, all violated the ADA, repeatedly violate disability rights of customers, rudely disconnect chats(Kemper page, infinity feature, Aaron and unknown chat agent), don't acknowledge long term, on time, good standing custoomers, are extremely rude, customers service is disgusting and repeated inconveniences to disabled customers. 🤢

I had the same problem but had previously read how to bypass these type of recordings. After you dial in, choose the department you want. Ignore the choices offered. Dial 0 or 00. I finally reached a live person, but they were useless and transferred me to billing when I was asking about a claim. You can always contact the State Insurance Commissioner to complain. They are VERY good about getting solutions.
@leslie Lewis That IS a bad company by definition. They need more adjusters. Either way, that is not my problem. My wife was hit by their driver and they haven’t returned dozens of voicemails in six weeks. They think if they don’t answer the phone people will go away and they won’t have to pay out on their claims. They should be shut down.

Change your auto insurance. Alliance loves to collect your monthly payments but when you get into an accident, it is almost impossible to contact your insurance adjuster.
