If you have a prosthetic, MAYBE but stopping involves both hands because you have to pull in your clutch and front brake at the same time. You can definitely try but it'll probably be nearly impossible.
the staff there could teach anyone to ride I do not think that that would be something that they would do I went through their course and I have been writing for many years but had a problem at the DMV I took their class and some of the agility writing is quite complicated you also need at certain times to push very hard on both left or right handlebar in order to accomplish the maneuver that the instructors are asking you to due to that I do not think that it would be something that they would allow but good luck anything's possible
