I took the written like 6 times and failed. I figured I could just take the class and go from there. I was trying to avoid the written at the dmv by taking it at the class.
You would still have to pass the written exam. It is different than the one for the class. If your driver's license is due for renewal soon, you may also have to pass a 20 question rules of the road exam. You might as well apply for the Real ID, too, and have all the required documents.
Yes all you have to do it the written but it's easy
Just take the cert to the dmv...wait you haven't taken the written? Yeah i think you still have to take the written test. Passing this course waives the behind the wheel test.
