Yes they do. I've seen people there with their dogs almost every time I go. The last time I sat out in the patio, this guy had his bull mastiff with him, def. Not a service dog! Of course its always best to double check....
Service animals only last time I checked. Patio is in the back and only accessible via/thru the restaurant so you'd have to walk dogs through the inside.
If there is a patio it would be in back. But I dont think they have a back patio
I've only ever seen service dogs anywhere on the property, but it doesn't hurt to call them.

I called today (July 2019) and they stated that they do allow dogs in the patio area.
They are not only allowed, but the staff treats them great!
My dog didn't go but the food is 👍and yes dogs are aloud
