Yes. A monthly fee 700 for your spot then you pay your bills (all of them). It varies from around 850 to 1000 a month. Though obviously it will change depending on your usage.

I do maintenance and handyman projects 4 the elderly that fits into there budget I will say this it one of the nicest maintained senior citizens mobile home park if seen,the mobile homes are like houses and the tenants are awsome thanks,check with management the women of the park are simply the best.
I don't think there is anything for sale now. They come on the market all the time. So keep checking..I know of at least 2 coming up in the next few months..prices range from around 80 to over 100,000.
