Ordering online is easier unfortunately there will still be a wait for your food upon arrival. I recently ordered online, took 20 minutes to arrive and waited another 20 to 25 minutes for my food. My understanding from staff is the establishment is under new management and currently working on fixing the pre-existing and current problems they have with customer service and speed.
Yes, did it this week. Pay once you arrive at take out. However you'll still wait forever and get cold food.
They're having some problems since it's a new store. You can't even check in on the rewards app yet.
Ive been trying since they opened, the app and website gives me an error when I select that specific store.
