We haven't ordered Wingstop in awhile because our order has been messed up every single time. We decided to give it another try. Well...our order wasn't ready, fried cold and missing some of order. Went back and got hot fries but like half of the order size. Done with this wingstop location. I normally don't write reviews but wanna save someone the trouble.

I placed the order online. I get Here and they don't have any record. So I showed the receipt and they are making it. Will be about 25 min. Now i am toldTheir computers went down, 3 other came I. Saying same thing . An hour later finally got my order. Don't stop at this place. Maybe next time I will go to the wings across the street from wing stop. Also was not offered and compensation for not having my order when it was placed 25min then added another 55min to wait for my order. Really?! Who is running this place??!!

I just waited for my delivery order for over an hour and 30 mins. The guy called and asked what apt number i was in and i told him. Then he told me he’ll be here shortly. I decide to look and see where my order is and it says delivered. He’s not answering the phone and now i cant even call the store because they’re closed. So basically no refund, no food, and a waste of my time. What a freaking joke! If i could give 0 stars then I definitely would.

Very overcooked and dry wings not to mention they were cold. Please hire a manager that at least cares about customer satisfaction, Sergio is not one of them.
