First off we ordered through UberEATS. When they finally arrived nothing was correct. Totally wrong order. We paid for about $40 worth of food and got only maybe $15 worth. Not to mention I had to drive all the way to Wingstop to get my order. Only to find out my order was sitting on the counter. And the girl at the counter tried to give me that order. No ma'am, I would like a fresh order please. Thank you. And nothing was given for the inconvenience. This was unacceptable Wingstop. Poor customer service as well.

I ordered delivery. Horrible! I ordered corn, fries, and wings…. It’s barely any meat on the wings, they burnt the corn and didn’t even put Cajun seasoning on it. most of my fries were burnt and didn’t put any fry seasoning on them. My drink was watered down ( I had a lemonade). The dasher was extremely rude. Banging on my door like the cops and didn’t leave the food at the door as I requested. Then he tried to argue with me when the proof was in front of his face. I contacted DoorDash and they refunded the tip but said I had to contact wingstop. They didn’t answer. Also the link they gave to leave a review on my order was horrible. Also they made it very difficult to get in contact with someone in regards to my refund.. I’ll never order from here again and I advice you to not either. Horrible!!!! Whoever made the food should definitely never do it again. Especially when you can’t follow simple instructions.

This wingstop is absolutely the worst in the metroplex, poor customer service, never answers the phone for call in, online is always not working, and on top of this, the very unprofessional employees don't give two cents about what is going on. Talked with a customer who finally was able to order, and he said he just offered the young lady who is getting an hourly salary, $5.00 extra dollars and she rang up his order ... after telling him at first there was nothing she could do. This will the last time I come to this wingstop location, I'm making a choice not to patronize a business that continues to not meet a minimum standard of service and steals from the owner.

It's ok, i guess it depends who's working. I went once before and everything was on point and delicious. I went yesterday and we waited about 45 minutes (dine in) but i think they forgot our order cause when we received the food our wings were cold but didn't bother to complain cause we would've had to wait longer. Perhaps will try a different wingstop location next time.

Have not tried online order I usually call it in.
I will start with the staff very bad treatment to their customers are very slow in delivering the orders, the cashier must take a course in customer service, hAy discrimination. It was a very bad experience
