Every time we come here there is bad service. Either we sit, wait for no service and have dirty freaking tables/bar to sit at or no one bothers to check if we need anything.. not even menus. I normally love any buffalo wing location but this one I note to avoid in future attempts for food after multiple visits. Sucks because they are open later than others and a drink after work is nice to unwind.

It was ok. The food was good but the server was new and could tell she was having a hard time and doesn't know the menu. My boss is very picky and ordered the regular buffalo wings and they came out dry, with no sauce. It's was fine tho we just asked for or sauce and ate. I had a bacon burger and it was tasty. I just think they need help on knowing the menu better. I was a server and a manager for over 20 years so I get the grind totally. Overall I recommend this place just make sure you verify they know what your ordering once you get the food you should be good

We go bc we like our wings and beer weekday escapade. But unfortunately this location always seems understaffed. It was pretty obvious tonight with the condition of the restrooms. Food was Ok, what we expected, but place dirty. Hope they improve

When we got there there was only one single waitress. You sat yourself. Now the service was slow, but Misty was killing herself serving everybody. By the time we left there was a second waitress. Lunch took an hour and was $70 after tip for 3. They weren't that busy, but again the waitress was working her butt off. The manager seemed unhelpful and borderline rude.

Ordering online is easier unfortunately there will still be a wait for your food upon arrival. I recently ordered online, took 20 minutes to arrive and waited another 20 to 25 minutes for my food. My understanding from staff is the establishment is under new management and currently working on fixing the pre-existing and current problems they have with customer service and speed.
