There is paid parking, $35/day. If you can park in a lot and walk you'll save some money. The Alexander is within walking distance of all major downtown attractions
Like Cameron said, there is a parking structure with very good vehicle capacity attached to The Alexander. The bridge between the two is enclosed if weather conditions are a concern. If weather doesn't matter, the other local lots are cheaper.
