Don't bother it would be a waste of time. At least for management. The owner I'm not sure of, but judging by how long the place has been disgusting and filled with rude, nasty employees I imagine the owner probably isn't very much different than workers.
Depends on which one you want to speak to.... they are 2 very different roles.
