High rates, low service efficiency, machines in laundry room were always unclean and malfunctions, poor soundproofing. The overall management doesn’t worth the price. Save yourself and live somewhere else.

Absolute most horrible apartment complex and even worse management. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Changed our locks without consent, double booked our parking spaces and always had someone else parking in them, Tyler and management can never respond timely to emails, filthy common areas, and they will not return our security deposit and have ignored my emails asking when they are going to give it back. Literal scum! No security, packages stolen off our doorstep, dicey neighbors. They constantly overcharged every single one of our bills. Had to fight for them tooth and nail to be changed. Tried to charge us $300 for water one time. A bunch of greedy individuals with no care for the residents, their safety or happiness. I beg you not to live here!

The woman at the front desk is not helpful. If you have anything pending, whether it's something urgent or not (maintenance, general questions, etc.) she will not attend to it unless you are standing in front of her asking to do it. What could be a simple solution takes days/weeks to get solved due to this incompetence. Emails go unanswered, phone always goes to voicemail (voicemails never get returned). Front desk/management is terrible, do not live here.
