I'm sorry i do not remember her name off the top of my head. At first i thought the business was great, but i quickly learned differently. I by no means am trying to downplay RV service center. Hear my story of my experience with them. I myself am a mechanic. There was a part on my RV that i wasn't exactly sure what it was called there are similar parts on other vehicles but this one was a little different so I wasn't sure the name and I said what the heck I'll take the part off and I'll go to the RV service center and they would know what it is since it's particularly for an RV they said oh yeah we got one of those and so they Doug the part out they sold it to me it was $100 I was doing all the work and I took the old one off and I decided now that I have the box and the part number I could look it up online and this part that they charged me $100 for was only 30 bucks. In learning this I was pretty upset. So more than likely you were charged way to much.
The rv center does not but if you drive down past Gilroy on Monterey blvd. There is an rv trailer center with good prices. Its by 10th avenue... Not Grins, they're pricey. I buy mine on Craigslist rv/ . Use All SF for searchbox, they have many you are looking for and save $1000s. Good luck.
