Passports can be done at the post office within Union Station. You will need to make an appointment, and make sure you have all the forms filled out correctly. The cost is around $135, but can be more depending on how fast you need it.

Cost can vary. But as for the passport as far as i know you would have to go to your city hall and file for one. It can take a long time. Sometimes it can be sooner than later. Really it varies with each individual
