They are extremely unprofessional. They are never available when they say they will be, and they are rude, and seemingly uneducated. I have been giving them numerous chances for a year now, only because it is a huge pain to try to find a new doctor, and their service has progressively gotten worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...ever.

I just called to see if they were still opened knowing it is New Years Eve and the answering service was so Rude!!! She kept scoffing after I apologized for not hearing her say answering service and again when I asked if they would be open tomorrow. Customer service skills so RUDE!

Dr Hall is the world’s greatest hand doctor. He gave me back the usage of both my hands. I won’t go to any other doctor and this rating scale is not high enough for him. I highly recommend him!!!

Yes I do what they send you to a specialist it's within that group.
Yes, they have several doctors. Michael Simanovski is my PCP and I would reccomend him. There are 4 other doctors, I don't remember their names, bit you can find them on their web page They are taking new patients.
Encompass Medical Group does include Physicians that are experts in hypertension and diabetes
Urgent Care does require id and proof of insurance. So, contact your insurance provider on the phone before making an Urgent Care appointment, Encompass will need that info and your ID at the time of appointment.
Call in to make sure youre covered, have specific plans and ID numbers to help the receptionists to make the most educated answer. I know for sure they accept medicaid, supplemental plans should be known for the most adequate and informed treatment options.
