Absolutely terrible load out system. You’d think after 10+ years of doing business they’d have figured out a more streamlined method. How is your competitor that’s barely a year old have an appointment scheduling system for pickup that helps you get in and out within an hour insanely better than what you have going on here? Having to sit in a loud and hot room for 4 hours to pick up your items is the dumbest thing I’ve ever been apart of. At least call us or text us 15 minutes before our estimated load out spot is available so we can eat or run other errands while waiting. Just baffles me this is STILL the way ya’ll do business. Very disappointing.

Sometimes. The bid sale could be almost any items. Often more than one. I have seen beanbag chairs. You never know what you will come across or find at the bid sale.

The Bid Sale was Tuesday this week, with loadout Wednesday. It is. Ot open today, nor is the store.
There are 2 cargo largo in the kc metro one Is the retail store (in independence 35th st and Noland rd) the other Is an bid sale u bid on palatts of stuff every Thursday (over off of 210 and front st) they email if you won a bid and u have to pick up on friday hope this is what you were needing Darren mart

Yes they have a public auction on Thursday starting at 3pm at the front Street location. They also have a store at another location that is open everyday

Their stock of inventory is constantly changing. So yes I have seen them there . But you have to remember they specialize in unclaimed freight so their inventory is never the same.
