The CHIEFS sign in Grand Plaza will be open to the public during the following specific times: Wednesday, January 29, All day 6am to midnight Thursday, January 30, 6am – 2pm Friday, January 31, No access Saturday, February 1, 9am – 3pm (must be in line by 2pm) Sunday, February 2, All day starting at 6am
