I can no longer care for my 2 year old terrier/husky and chow mix puppy. He has a seizure disorder, and I can no longer physically care for him. Does anyone know of an animal rescue that will not put him down? Please?

I got a female chihuahua givin to me and didn’t know if the issues she had , I can’t afford to take her to vet but don’t wanna take her to pound ... she probably 3-4 years old and a tannish color about 4-5 lbs and she has horrible teeth I think... is there anyone who would be interested in giving her a good home? Sad for her 😭
