Hi, Wanda. Look up "Paws Across Oswego County" to view potential adoptable dogs.
I don't think they take volunteers but call and ask. I'd not down the road is the animal shelter maybe they could help.
We express the anal glands only during the bathing process. We only do external expressing, whereas veterinarians do it internally.
Unfortunately that is not an option at this time.
