You will need to get the lien release from the lender. After that, you can bring it in to one of the County MV offices. They will process it and the state will mail the title to you. If you need it right away, you can take the lien release to Kansas Vehicle Title Services at 37th and Burlingame. They will process it and print the title for you right there but there will be a fee.
From the title holder or whomever holds the lien but you would've had to give the title to the lien holder? Or the person who own the car before you. I hope this helps.
