I had to go to renew my handicap plates and plaque. There was no waiting in line, got right in. The person that helped me was less than friendly and barely spoke to me. Not very good customer service etiquette. There were people standing around talking not even paying attention to see if anyone else had come in.

People are nice and very patient..Police at the entrance profesional, courteous and very helpful. A few non smilers as i call them but ok. They all do good work.

Never have I ever had one system of connected services mess up so much. No I never wanted to be an organ donor and said no very clearly. Thanks for signing me up as one anyways and then managing to lose my title to my car. All in one go? That takes talent.

Do I need an appointment to get my tags and registration
Title KHP VIN inspection (200 SW Gage Blvd) Current MO registration Insurance Driver's license If you have a lien showing on the front of your title and you have paid it off, you need the lien release, too.
Oh you have up until the day of the 31st
You will need to get the lien release from the lender. After that, you can bring it in to one of the County MV offices. They will process it and the state will mail the title to you. If you need it right away, you can take the lien release to Kansas Vehicle Title Services at 37th and Burlingame. They will process it and print the title for you right there but there will be a fee.
Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Only plastic carries an extra fee of 2.5%.

Bring in the title, registration, and insurance to one of the offices. You both have to sign a form so bring your spouse along with you or swing by the office ahead of time and ask for a signature form to have them sign before you come in for processing.
Offices are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30. No new titles are accepted in after 4 pm. If there is a high ticket volume, they will cut off walk in titles earlier than 4 but will still honor scheduled title appointments. They don't cut off renewals early, just titles
Yes, but you can not make any changes to their customer record and you can not write a check for a vehicle where you are not on the registration.
I just called as I was curious as well. They will not be open MLK day, Jan 20th 2020.
