The first two days of this week the doors would not open using a key fob. There are several frustrated customers as this issue has not been addressed by Great Life. People were still not able to enter at 7:05 a.m.

Great pool, but I have to mention that I found greatlife central on the public pool section on Google and they are not a public pool. There is a guest fee of 5 dollars per person if you are not a member of greatlife fitness and golf and you cannot swim without an adult present if you are under 16 years of age.

Place is clean and the staff is friendly but if you’re going for the gym it’s geared more towards weight training and not as much for cardio

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a trainer to call me back. I will admit that I had two cancellations due to hospitalization, the trainer was given ample notice that I could not make the appointments and was extremely rude WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK. I had no return call so I called him back at which time I felt he did not want to work with a person with a chronic disease that may take some extra time, making me ostracized from any and all trainers. All I ask of them is to show me what settings my husband and I need for the weight training machines. I guess this entire company is discriminate as I have contacted the corporate office with this same complaint and never received a return call or email. I feel the only option I have for next steps are legal actions.
