I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a trainer to call me back. I will admit that I had two cancellations due to hospitalization, the trainer was given ample notice that I could not make the appointments and was extremely rude WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK. I had no return call so I called him back at which time I felt he did not want to work with a person with a chronic disease that may take some extra time, making me ostracized from any and all trainers. All I ask of them is to show me what settings my husband and I need for the weight training machines. I guess this entire company is discriminate as I have contacted the corporate office with this same complaint and never received a return call or email. I feel the only option I have for next steps are legal actions.
