I can’t get community care to answer the phone about an appointment for an colonoscopy. The screening test came back and I need a colonoscopy. My doctors nurse won’t help and they won’t answer the phone. I have to go wounded warriors and my own insurance. It’s sad we were priority. Now they want us out of there way. The colonoscopy could save me life. But they don’t care and I can’t get help from va.

Go see the patient rep in bldg 1. You might not get far? Depending on what your complaint is. If it's with the hospital then you will get listened to. If it is for a claim you will need to seek help elsewhere

I go there pretty good service for the VA if you don't like to answer they give you just go to the head person at the hospital

You are not giving enough information about yourself. Are you rated? At what percentage? Are you listed as unemployable? Are you retired from the service? A lot of these things would need to take into account. You can go to the VA and visit the Eligibility office. Or go online at VA.gov

I really don't know but call and have the operater connect you to the nurse.
If you get in contact with the operator, I'm sure they will get your needs taken care of. They haven't let me down yet.
