The phone number provided doesn't work. No one answers, or if it does seem as if someone has just answered they abruptly hang up. Even trying to get in line to go in seems pointless. It directed me to an entirely different office.

They are not answering phone calls right now. But if you Google the driver's license bureau and follow the links like the gentleman said then you can make an appointment. That's the only way that you can get in there.

They are only allowing people who have scheduled appointments online to enter. Not sure about the phone number etc. Just Google Ks. driver's license and follow the links.
